Terms of Service

Use the free tier all you want for personal projects. If you want to use the output commercially, grab Premium — it includes a commercial license. The Pinterest connection inside dump.cam is read-only and optional. Don't pretend our mockups are real platform screenshots, don't infringe on other people's content, and don't expect a refund just because you changed your mind.

These terms apply to every app under the javiitools umbrella: TextLab, StampLab, Instatag, PopLab, MineTag, LocationLab, FilterLab, ChartLab, WeatherLab, PixelLab, Stamps, and dump (also branded as dump.cam, our canvas editor).

The free tier gives you a personal, non-commercial license to use the assets you generate. "Personal" means: posts on your own social accounts, gifts, school projects, screenshots in chats — anything not tied to a sale, ad, paid promotion, or product.

Premium (monthly or lifetime) includes a commercial license: you can use the assets in client work, sell merchandise, embed them in apps, run paid ads, etc. The license stays valid for everything you exported while Premium was active, even if you later cancel.

dump.cam lets you connect Pinterest to drag pins onto your canvas. Pinterest pins are user-uploaded content owned by their original creators, not by you and not by us. By using the Pinterest integration you agree to:

• Only use pins you have the right to use. Re-publishing or re-selling a pin you don't own can violate copyright, even with Premium.
• Follow Pinterest's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines whenever you use pin content in a dump.
• Treat the Pinterest connection as a personal browsing tool. We don't grant you any commercial rights over Pinterest content via this integration; Premium covers OUR assets (mockups, fonts, stamps, etc.), not third-party pins.
• Accept that dump only stores the Pinterest URL and the transparency mask of your cutouts (never the pixel data). If the original pin is deleted or made private on Pinterest, the cutout will stop displaying.

You keep ownership of everything you upload, draw, or type. We don't claim any rights over your designs. By saving a dump you give us permission to store and serve that design back to you (we're not going to publish it anywhere ourselves). Pinterest-sourced cutouts remain subject to the rights of the original pin's author.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any time from the dashboard — you keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for. Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used Premium features yet.

javiitools is provided "as is". I'll do my best to keep it up and running, but I can't promise zero downtime, perfect output, or forward-compatibility with platforms that change their UI or their APIs (including Pinterest).

To the extent allowed by law, javiitools and its operator won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps. Your total recourse is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months, which for free-tier users is zero.

These terms can change over time. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage and the date above will move. Continuing to use the apps after a change means you accept the new terms.
